Student Of The Year 2: Ananya Panday Titles SOTY 2 A Masala Entertainer

Student Of The Year 2 is the sequel to the 2012 movie Student of the Year that was a huge popular among teenagers. The movie is also based on college life but in the sequel everything happens in the present and not in the flashback like in the prequel.


Saint Teresa’s High School in Dehradun is gearing up for the 29th Annual Inter-College Dignity Cup and all the students are eying on the most prized possession, the Student of the Year trophy. There is another story cooking behind the scene. Rich Shreya (Ananya Panday)and the upcoming dander Mia (Tara Sutaria) are attracted towards Rohan Sehgal (Tiger Shroff), a deserving candidate for the prized possession. The movie is releasing amid the Avengers rage but Karan Johar seems to be little worried about the competition from the Hollywood blockbuster. On the contrary, Karan Johar expects a first day collection of around Rs. 12-13 crore.
